Conclusion Questions

1. My metaphor is hard to explain. It's a metaphor of me being hello kitty wearing a hello kitty t-shirt who is also wearing the same hello kitty t-shirt.

2.

It's all three (juxtaposition, fusion, and replacement)because I'm comparing myself to hello kitty and replaced myself with her and then fused her design onto the t-shirt she is wearing. I also always get my nails done, so I used a saying that references both cats and getting your nails done.

3.

I drew the cat from a photo reference, and then I made her unrecognizable, and into a mini-me. Next, I downloaded the same photo onto Ai. On Ai changed the drawing from pixels to lines and used tools to fix/sharpen edges and lines. I downloaded that new drawing and immediately turned it into a "sticker".  I then added the hello kitty text from the internet and used a quote that Ms.Scorp told me to use for the back of the t-shirt. I then turned that saying into a "sticker". I did that by downloading the outline from Google Classroom and grouping the photo as one and easily outlined it, then typed out the text, made a copy of it, and then grouped it together, edited the cutline to be pretty thin, and then added the copy on top so that it would cut around the letters individually instead of the words.

4.

Coming up with the Idea was the most challenging part. The easiest part was making the Wix website page.

5.

My work meets all the criteria. My drawing was drawn by hand, which is a metaphor, I had a title/quote/text that made sense for my metaphor of comparing me to hello kitty and I was the first student to make my t-shirt.
